Refunds/ Cancellations

Cakes
When placing your order with Glorious Goodies a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  This is to cover any preparation costs incurred for your order.

If you decide to cancel your order, please advise us as soon as possible. If payment has been received in full and you cancel within 7 days of the delivery date no refund will be made. Refunds will be approved at Glorious Goodies discretion.

If you need to change your date, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate the change, but due to other bookings your preferred dates may not be available.

Baked Goods and Catering

Damages and issues
Due to the nature of the products we produce Glorious Goodies take no responsibility for any damage that occurs after the product has left our hands - either via delivery or being shipped.

Returns/ Exchanges
As all our goods are deemed to be perishable goods under the New Zealand Food Act 2014, Glorious Goodies cannot except returns or exchanges on any products.
